Being in nature sparks creativity for me. The flowing stillness I experience surfing, running along the beaches, walking through woodland and exploring coast paths informs my relationship with music. In celebration of these spaces I wrote, recorded and mixed seven pieces over seven months in 2024 from home in North Devon, called Appreciations.
In 2020 I begun recording first songs with Alanaire in London. Sessions continued in Wales and Mallorca where the project was finally mixed and completed in 2022. No longer a member of the band but as a fan, I continue to be excited about their music.
